On change of mind we will happily offer and exchange or credit note within 14 days of an online purchase. Original receipt must be present, items in original condition and packaging. There are NO RETURNS on all jewellery, fascinators, hats and all SALE items. All faulty items will be dealt with according to your statutory rights.
