Added 16 Oct 2026 on Chi's instruction (option 2). These 10 styles are mostly FULL PRICE with 1-6 broken sizes already marked down, so they are excluded from birthday-sale-20 by title rule and from extra20-eligible by the whole-product rule - leaving them with no code at all. This collection is added as a SECOND target on BIRTHDAY21 so their full-price sizes get 20% from 21 Oct. Accepted trade-off: their ~24 already-reduced variants also take the 20% (approx $475 exposure). Remove this collection from the BIRTHDAY21 discount to undo. Do NOT add these to extra20-eligible - that would discount 87 full-price units (approx $2,661).
